Weddings
Coverage locations and times will be confirmed by the client with Lloyd Morgan himself, no later than one month prior to the date of the wedding.
A non-refundable deposit of £150 is required to save the date, and in the event of more than one client requesting the same date, the first to provide the deposit will secure their desired day. A further non-refundable payment of 50% of the remaining sum is expected no later than 1 month before the day of the wedding, and then the remaining balance will need to be paid before the product is delivered. These payments terms may be altered if necessary, and are dependent on time of booking. The reason deposits are required, is due to us committing to the desired future date, and is to protect us against late cancellations, which may result in us missing out on other business turned down for the same date.
Rescheduled weddings will only be accommodated if the new date does not conflict with any booked wedding, and we are informed in good time. If we feel you have given us unacceptable notice, you may lose your deposit, and we may require another deposit to reserve your new date if we wish to continue to do business with each other.
Lloyd Morgan Productions will be the exclusive professional videographer. Friends and family are permitted to operate video cameras on the condition they do not interfere with or get in the way of the professional coverage.
It is the clients responsibility to secure access and the relevant permissions for filming at the various locations throughout the day. Lloyd Morgan Productions will not be responsible for footage lost due to access restrictions.
Creative aspects such as shooting and editing style are at the discretion of Lloyd Morgan Productions.
All footage of the day may be used by Lloyd Morgan Productions for promotional purposes, and the copyright of the images filmed will remain owned by Lloyd Morgan Productions. Any duplication made must be authorised by the company themselves.
Lloyd Morgan Productions will not be held liable for any production problems beyond our control, e.g. bad weather, accidents, poor acoustics/lighting, interference from guests etc. We will not expose our equipment to wet or damp conditions, including rain, fountains, etc.
In the unlikely event of footage from the day being corrupt, which results in no, or partial video, a suitable refund will be made under the discretion of Lloyd Morgan Productions, possibly taking into account any cost incurred during filming.
Lloyd Morgan Productions reserve the right to terminate this contract at any time for any reasonable cause, e.g. accident or ill health. In the event of this all monies will be refunded in full.
Any liability on the part of Lloyd Morgan Productions will be limited to the amount of monies paid.
Upon taking possession of the finished product, the client must inform Lloyd Morgan Productions of any technical or other problems with the video within 7 days. After this period, if no notification has been received, the client will be deemed to be satisfied with the product.
Corporate
